Friendship between classes in Fosen - Norway and Nairobi - Kenya.

Classes at the Waldorf schools in Nairobi and Fosen sent each other letters for several years as part of the education program. As the teaching language in Kenya is English, it was natural to incorporate correspondence with Kenya into the English education.

7th grade from Nairobi visiting Norway

In Kenya the primary school is completed in 7th grade. As the friendship class reached 7th grade, they chose to take a trip to Norway. From 20 to 28 April 2005 the Steiner school at Fosen hosted the visitors from Nairobi. During this week, the Nairobi class participated in ordinary lessons, a tour to the island Tarva,

From the visit at the Steiner school in Trondheim a cultural evening, and a visit to the Steiner School in Trondheim.
