1992: EFRSWSP established:
The History of the former EFRSWSP (1992-2001): (The European Federation of Rudolf Steiner Waldorf School Parents )In August 1992 it was in Norrköping in Sweden made an initiative to form an European parentsassociation tor cooperate with the European Council of Rudolf Steiner Waldorf Schools (ECSWS). Members of EFRSWSP had to be delegated from a national parents association in countries where they existed.
EFRSWSP og ECSWS arranged meetings together up to 3 times a year in different european cities.

Austria, Belgia, Croatia, Tsjech Republic, Denmark, Estland, Finland, France, Germay, Hungary, Ireland, Luxemburg, Nederland, Norway, Spain, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, England.
The working language in EFRSWSP was english.
EFRSWSP was closed in 2000.
2003: The International Waldorf parents Association, IWPA
After the closing of EFRSWSP, the parents assosiations in Sweden and Norway took an initiative to å reestablish the international parental work, by forming the International Waldorf Parent Association (IWPA) in 2003.
2007: The International Waldorf Parents Network, IWPN
During the meeting in Phrag in 2006, it was decided to reshape IWPA to a network assosiation. This was decided acknowledging that few countries at this moment in history has established national parentassosiations, and that it might be a better approach to establish a network where individual parents may participate.
It was also during the meeting in Phrag decided to establish a webforum at www.waldorfparents.net. SFF (Norway) has voluneteered to realize this.
